British Airways, Trans World Airlines, Royal Jordanian, Pan Am and Delta Airlines have been my working life. To change from the airline industry to cruises was a new experience but not so different at all. Even better, now I sell not only the means of getting from A to B but assist to create a once in a lift time experience that is the trip itself. Being in the travel industry, means to recognize your customers as individuals, with their own likes and dislikes, more than in any other business. What better way than when taking a cruise? Just imagine how wonderful it is to meet new people every day, see new places, taste new food, learn new things and all this without the hassle of packing and unpacking, getting to the airport, checking in and out, finding a hotel. The world may have become a smaller place, yet there are still lots of fascinating places to explore.
