My first cruise was in the 1970s (when I was in university), when I went on a cruise where my stepfather was the captain. Much later, in 1993, I decided to become a travel agent – mainly cruises. I completed a travel agent course at Red River College here in Winnipeg, and was on my way. Since 1993 I have completed 37 cruises (almost all were 7 nights or more) - that would be almost a year at sea. These cruises have all been with my wife – who makes these cruises all the better.
